Industry Experience
Operations Intern – Project Management Track
Willmeng Construction, Phoenix, AZ
- Support project managers and APMs on the Three Five Logistics industrial project (159K SF, $14M) by maintaining RFIs, submittals, and meeting documentation to keep records current and auditable.
- Use Procore and local server folders to help manage RFIs, submittals, and drawing updates, including submitting RFIs and assisting the APM with organizing project documentation for quick retrieval.
- Organize and review construction drawings and revisions for consistency and accuracy so field teams build from the latest approved set and reduce coordination conflicts.
- Coordinate with 7 subcontractors by sharing updates, tracking issues, and supporting resolution of documentation and scope questions to maintain alignment with project schedule milestones.
Infrastructure Analytics Intern
Special Task Force, Government of Tamil Nadu, India
- Supported road safety audits and traffic analysis for state highway infrastructure projects:
- Conducted origin-destination studies and traffic flow analysis using field data collection
- Assisted with PCU (Passenger Car Unit) calculations and hazard identification assessments
- Prepared safety audit reports documenting roadway conditions and improvement recommendations
- Analyzed accident data and contributed to traffic safety improvement proposals
Construction Management Intern
- Supported project controls and scheduling for a $92M metro bridge and overpass infrastructure project:
- Updated construction schedules weekly using Microsoft Project to track milestone progress
- Maintained project documentation including daily logs, material delivery records, and RFIs
